Miss Grace E. Cusick
Miss Grace E. Cusick, member of an old Brookline famile, died Tuesday at her home at 15 Rice Street following an illness of a few months. The deceased was born in Brookline, the daughter of the late Michael L. and Mary J. (Boyle) Cuusick, and had lived here all her life. She was prominently identified with the parish work of St. Mary's of the Assumption Church and active incivic affairs, while many sterling qualities and a kindly and sympathetic nature that prompted helping others won her man friends by whom she was held in high regard. Surviving are two sisters, Miss Jane M. Cusick and Miss Alice A. Cusick, with whom she made her home and two brothers John F. Cusick and William H. Cusick of Dorchester. Another brother was the late Selectman Walter J. Cusick. Services were held at the late home this (Thursday) morning following by a solemn high mass of requiem at St. Mary's Church and burial was in Holyhood Cemetery.
