Re: NEW JERWSEY MCGOWANS

My great grandfather William McGowan had a brother Nathaniel who lived in New Jersey. I have a record of his death: Nathaniel McGowan age 28, married, shoemaker, born NY died of Cholera in August 1849 at Camptown, Essex Co. This is the only reference to him that I have been able to find.
