James M. McNair b.1836 Livingston Co., NY. His wife was Emily Gilmore b.1841 Allegany Co., NY. They were married in 1865. Four children:


1.Emma L. McNair b.1869
2.Charles Frank McNair b.1871
3.May A. McNair b.1875
4.Emily McNair b.1878

His father was John C. McNair b.1794 Pennsylvania, settled in Livingston Co.,NY in 1796 and died in 1869. His father was Hugh McNair b.1765 Pennsylvania who settled in Livingston Co.,NY in 1796 and he died Dec. 27th, 1845.
