Re: MacNamara Irish Book

Hello - I've nver heard of the "infamous" McNamara book.Just curious - what's the title and why is it so?

Perhaps you could help me find my McNamara ancestors.I am looking for information about my great-grandfather, Thomas Francis McNamara.He was born in Limerick, Ireland in 1857.He immigrated to the US in 1881.His first wife I think came with him on the boat.Her name may have been Mary if she did.He/they landed in New York but ended up setting down roots in Detroit, Michigan.His first wife died early.They had 2 children, Robert and Edward.He remarried to Marie Jubenville and they had two children, Thomas Francis Jr. (my grandfather) and Beatrice.Any info you can give me on the irish end of it would be so helpful!Thanks in advance!email me directly at [email protected] in case I forget to come back here and check for messages!
