Saw your posting and had such similarities to my elusive McPadden/McFadden family, I just had to write.
My grandmother, Mary (Mamie) Kelly's mother's maiden name was Katherine McP/Fadden (both spelling appear on documents). Mamie always said she came from Dowra, Co. Cavan, where you could "straddle the Shannon". Her death certificate however, lists Leitrim as her place of birth.
There are names and dates in your family that are very similar, Bridget, Mary :), Francis, Anne...maybe your Francis and my John were brothers?

As far as we know, Katherine McP/FADDEN-KELLY stayed in Ireland, but her sister Mary McP/FADDEN, emigrated to NY in the early 1870's. She married a John J. FLYNN, not sure if in Ireland or here in NYC (and not sure if any relation to her mother Mary FLYNN/McP/FADDEN's side of the family).
My grandmother Mary KELLY emigrated in the early 1900's, to NYC, NY with two sisters Katherine and Delia (Bea, Bridget,Beatrice, Bedelia?). Their brother Frank emigrated in the 1920's after their mother, Katherine McP/FADDEN-KELLY died in Ireland. Don't know what happened to other siblings, Anne and Unknown.
When Mary (Mamie) KELLY emigrated to NY, she lived with Mr. and Mrs. John J. FLYNN, (Katherine McP/FADDEN's sister Mary McP/FADDEN & her husband) in Brooklyn.
Does any of this ring any bells? Or did I confuse you as much as myself??? :^) Thanks so much for taking the time to read this! Hoping to hear from you..... Chris Sheppard
