Re: Serena E. McPHERSON 1850 Saline Co., AR

I have Serena E. McPherson born about 1842 in TN. She is the daughter of Alexander McPherson and Serena A. JOHNSON; however I only have one marriage for her that to Charles HARPER on Dec. 22, 1859 Saline Co., AR. I have her family and many descendents of her brother Granville McPherson. I have a small list of contacts that are researching the same family where much of my data comes from.
I am very interested in the ancestry of Serena A. JOHNSON as I believe her to be the sister of Rev. Samuel JOHNSON (my 3rd great-grandfather). If so, Granville McPherson later married his cousin Mary Kate JOHNSON ROUNTREE, the daughter of Rev. Samuel JOHNSON.
