Neil Alexander McPherson (MacPherson)

I'm looking to find information on Neil Alexander McPherson (MacPherson) born in 1844 in Edinburgh, Scotland and died in Nov. 1879 in Burk's Falls, Ontario, Canada.He married Mary Ann Turner in Stephenson, Ontario, on Jan. 26, 1871.My grandfather's male side of his family all passed away before he was 6 years old and his mother did not have much information.I know that Neil and Mary had four children all in Ontario.I don't know Neil's parents (but I have an obscure reference to a Daniel & Susan).Please help...
