Re: possible geneology links to Ohio McPherson's

Dear Denise:I am descendent of Mary McPherson, dau of Daniel & Ann Martin McPherson.I have heard that Great Grandmother Mary had a distant relationship to General McPherson.Information out of the Quaker Room at the Stanley Library at Friends University here in Wichita would almost lead me to believe that James McPherson's father William might have been the son of Isaac & Betty Lupton McPherson.I would appreciate any information on this.Thank you,
