If you are right then who this. Was this Thomas married three times?

Thomas MEADOR (John, Thomas "Orphan", Thomas Meades, Father) was born in 1673. He died before 31 Jan 1717 in Will proven on this date.Thomas married Susannah REYNOLDS in 1698. Susannah was born in 1665. She died before 31 Jan 1717 in Will proven on this date. He married (2) Ann Sallis Aft. 1710.

"MARRIAGES SO SOME VIRGINIA RESIDENTS 1607-1800" by Dorothy Wulfeck

Meador m bef 1705 Susanna Reynolds dau Cornelius, who d bef that date. Proven by deed of tht date Essex Co. He was son of John and Elizabeth White. She widow of John Goss.

They had the following children:

1. John MEADOR was born in 1700/1706.

"From Boddies History of Old Southern Families, Vol. II, p. "Meadors-Meadows of Essex County, Virginia." pg. 132:

THOMAS MEADOR, the son of Elizabeth (White) and John Meadors seems to have been the first of the sons to die. He married Susanna, daughter of Cornelius Reynolds. She was the widow of John Goss at the time she married Thomas Meador, all of which is proven by the following records: Cornelius Reynolds made his will Sept. 29, 1684, probated Sept 29, 1684 [my note....on the same day???], as follows: Wife Marjorie executrix, to have all movables; seat of land where I live to be divided equally between sons William and John Reynolds, William to have his choice to grandson John Goss, first mare in foal (Sweeney-120).

In 1705, Susanna Meadors, wife of Thomas Meadors and daugther of Cornelius Reynolds, also James and Sarah Reynolds, sold 300 acres given by Cornelius Reynolds in his will of 1683 [my note: was it 1683 or 1684, as Boddie previously stated?]. (Fleet 12, Essex BK 1703-06, pp. 76-77).

John Goss (grandson of Cornelius Reynolds) made his will June 11, 1705. He gave "all lands to his sister Sarah Coghill" all personal property to my mother Susanna Meador. Father-in-law Thomas Meadoes sole exr." (Id-95) Thomas Meadors gave his bond as executor on June 11, 1705 and Frederick Coghill was his surety (this line is not continued)."

Boddie's Thomas MEADOR died some time after 1705, given that he gave his bond as executor of the younger John GOSS's Will.

From "Caveliers and Pioneers," p. 168, Patent Book No., 6 (VA):

MR. THO. MEAD. 640 acs., New Kent Co., N. side of Mattapony Riv., upon branches of Peanketank maine Sw., about 2 mi. from Mr. Tho. HOLMES; 6 Oct. 1675, p. 570. On Timber Br., along lland of Johnn PICC & Jno. MADDISON. Granted to Cornelius REYNOLDS 6 June 1664, assigned to Richd. SANKEY, who assigned to sd. MEAD. 8 Jan 1673.

Was Thomas married more then twice or is this two different Thomas?

One Thomas (John , Ambrose)and One Thomas (John, Thomas, Thomas, Meads)
