Elizabeth Stone(?) m. Jason Meador

"Everybody" says that Jason Meador married Elizabeth Stone.(There's no doubt that his wife was named Elizabeth, but "Stone"?)Some go beyond that to state that her father was William Stone, and some even claim that her mother was Ann Harrison.

My problem?I can't find a shred of information -- not one iota -- that any of this is true.I can find absolutely no connection with Jason Meador and any Stone that would appear to be Elizabeth's father.So where does this information come from?

Has anybody found any evidence to support this oft-quoted "fact" (which may be more like urban legend)?
