On the surface I have found more questions than answers. My trips to the library are producing masses of abstracted documentation. The research that you are suggesting would take at least a year of non-stop work and even then the results might be shakey.You need direct contact with the Meador books and the ORIGINAL documents from VA.I have neither. Sorry.
