TWO JOEL JOSEPH MEADORS ?

Apparently, there were two Joel Joseph Meadors: one being the son of Joel Meador and Sarah Moore, the other the son of Jobe Meador and Martha Wood.One of the two was born about 1795 and died in Wayne Co., MO abt 1862. The other seems to have lived in Illinois. Primary sources available to me at this time do not permit distinguishing between them.I do not have access to Victor Paul Meador's books. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.Also, if anybody knows how I may purchase the Meador books, please let me know.
