Who are these Meadors???

I found the following family in the 1900 census of District 156, Saint Francois, Wayne County MO.Who is the father????
BRATCHER, Margaret b. 5/1846 MO - Head
MEADOR, Jefferson b. 10/1878 MO - Son
Ida I. b. 8/1881 MO - Dau
Alice b. 11/1888 MO - Dau
Payton b. 10/1889 MO - Son
Lucy M. b. 4/1894 MO - Dau
It says that Margaret is married, not widowed.....who is her husband???? Also says she has been married 13 years, had 7 children, 5 of which are still living.3 of these children are older than 13. Were the first 3 from a first marriage, perhaps to Meador and the other 2 fathered by ? Bratcher?
