Re: Thomas Meador/Meadows family of VA

I am the Meador in our family.I haveJohn Meador, born about 1658, died Mov 21, 1721 in Essex Co., VA also.I recently ran across a reference that listed two wives for him.the first wa listed as an unknown Awbrey, and the second as Elizabeth White, father Richard White.They were supposed to have been married about 1677.Children listed for them are:Richard, b. abt. 1678/ d. abt.May, 1716; Thomas, d. abt. July, 31, 1788; Rachael; Elizabeth ; John, Jr. d. May 14, 1720; Hope, d. before 1721; and Ester, d. before 1721.I have not reallychecked this our yet as I just ran across the information recently.Hope it helps
