Clara and Opal MEADOR in Webb City MO

My grandmother recently found out she has had a half sister named Opal Jenkins. Opal was
born in 1911 in probably Webb City, Missouri. Opal was the daughter of Tim Jenkins and Clara
Etta Meador of Webb City, MO. Clara died in 1918 in Webb City and left her daughter Opal age
7 or 8 with relatives Lila Jenkins and later a Mrs L A Meador (both grandmothers to the girl.)
We are looking for a L A or Fred Meador in Fort Scott, Kansas and whatever happened to Opal
after this time? Her dad Tim Jenkins was in WW1 service during time of Clara Meador's death
and remarried before returning home to daughter Opal. If Opal is born 1911 it is possible she is
still alive? If you know of Meadors in Ft Scott Kansas please notify me!
