Here's what I have found in "Medlin Clan & Kin in America" on Hannah Medlin and Francis Throop.I've typed it exactly as it's written in the book, other than spots with ... I didn't type all the names before and after Francis Throop.

Captain Lewis Medlin's District was area of Sinking and Rock Creeks, later Districts 19 & 20.His 1812 Tax List includes:.... Francis Throop ...
pg 63 - Elizabeth Medlin born 7 July 1834, died 11 April 1853, married Lawrence Dovener Throop, nephew of Francis Throop, in December of 1850.(this Elizabeth Medlin is a daughter of Charles Medlin and Mary Medlin nee Smith)

Francis Throop enlisted in Creek Indian War 24 September 1813 to December 10, 1813, discharged at Fayetteville, Tennessee.He volunteered at Fayetteville, Lincoln County, Tennessee to serve in War 1812 in same Regiment but different Company with Ambrose Foster and his brother Benj. Foster.Throop was discharged 27 April 1815 at Fayetteville.
He wed Hannah Medlin 24th July 1815 by Thos. Gibson J.P.Susanah Medlin Foster and Nancy Medlin Gibson testified they saw the wedding.Jesse Gibson testified he knew Miss Hannah Medlin and Mr. Francis Throop before their marriage, and had known them ever since.Francis Throop was deceased 1st March 1850 in Tarrant County, Texas.Mrs. Hannah Throop was deceased between 17 August 1851 and September 19, 1851 according to medical bills.Tarrant Probate Records.
Francis Throop is in the 1840 census of Platte County, Missouri, moved to Cass County, Missouri by 1845, and on to Texas by 1847.

Issue:Charles M. and John F. Zeek.
2. Charles M. Throop married Lucinda Foster 19 December 1841 Platte County, Missouri,
Issue: James M. and Dizana C. Throop.
3. Nancy Throop married Joseph Knight 28 December 8141 Platte County, Missouri,
Issue:Sarah H. Knight, married Thomas Rogers.
4. Sarah M. Throop married Thomas Mahan 23 January 1842 Platte County, Missouri.
Issue:Rachel M. Mahan, James F. Mahan, Charles M. Mahan, Thomas Mahan married 2nd Lucinda Foster Throop, wido of Charles M. Throop above.James F. Mahan married Sarah J. Foster, widow of Owen Foster.
5. Angeline Throop married John Canada 8 January 1843, Platte County, Missouri.
Heirs were Mary E. Kenneday, Thomas W. Kenneday, Permelia J. "Milly" Keneday, and their father John Kenneday married 2nd Mary Adaline Medlin, daughter of Charles Medlin and wife Matilda Allen, on April 29, 1850. (See Robert and Mary (Smith) Medlin.)
6. Adaline Elizabeth Throop married Oliver Wiley Harris 24 July 1843, Cass County, Missouri.
7. Mary G. Throop married Thomas M. Hood 23 April 1846, Cass County, Missouri.
Heir, Eliza E. Hood, married O. Perry McDonald.
8. Martha Jane Throop married Wm. Wan Hall ca 1851.He married 2nd Sara Harris, a widow of Thomas Prettyman.
9. Lucinda C. Throop marred 1st Francis L. Harris.He had married Mittie Ann Medlin in 1848.She was a daughter of Charles Medlin and Matilda (Allen) Medlin, and died April 5, 1850, when her son Charles Simpson Harris was born.Lucinda had no children by Harris.He probably died in C.S.A. or soon after the war as she was again a widow when she married Charles Baker McDonald.They had four children, Cora Cordelia McDonald marred Charles C. Moore, Columbus C. "Lum" McDonald remained single, William O. McDonald, reportedly only Grapevine man who died in the Spanish American War - tombstone Lonesome Dove Cemetery, and Terrel Baker McDonald married Sarah Warren.
