Looking for parents and siblings for Louise Lucy Meigs, born between 1735 and 1750, possibly in Vermont.

LOUISE LUCY MEIGS married JAMES PAUL DOWNING and had at least one child, LUCY DOWNING, in Vermont in 1786.

Louise Lucy Meigs is my 6th-great (gggggg) grandmother.
