Can you help me find a marriage for Frederick Merritt born 1772in North Carolina died after 1860 in Georgia.Frederick Merritt married Ann Jane ??.I believe Ann Jane's last nameis Pridgen/Pridgeon.There are several spellings for Merritt/Merit/Merate etc and Pridgen/Pridgion/Pridgin etc.I believe Frederick and Ann Jane ?? married in North Carolina.A "guess" for year of marriage would be about 1800 in Duplin or Sampson counties or could be somewhere else in N.C.
