My MILANO family is from Castellammare del Golfo just west of Palermo in the province of Trapani. My gr-grandfather was Lorenzo Milano & his wife was Anna Galatioto, my grandfather was Rosario & he had 8 brothers & sisters. There are many other cousins in this & other surrounding towns.My gr-grandfather Lorenzo was born in the town of Calatafimi, south of Palmero but settled in C. del Golfo. He was part of Garibaldi's troops.Let me know if this helps you.
