You are the first person I've come across that has mentioned Archibald as one of James and Abigail Moore's children, I have Archibald born about 1798 living in Lyman, Grafton, NH. Until 1850 then moving on to Monroe, Grafton, NH. In 1840 census Lyman, he has Abigail Moore recieving Rev. Pension living in his home. Please let me know where you found the info. on Archibald being James son. Archibald is my 4th Great Grandfather, his son Robert M. Moore, moved to NY, and then on to Allegan Co., MI. in 1870, he served in NY during the Civil War. Archibald married Nancy MNU, they had 9 children I know of. If you would like info. on this family let me know and I'll send what I have.
