HELP!! Who is Charles Morgan

I would appreciate any help rom the Morgan clan however small in locating any infor regarding Charles Morgan

I have traced him back to his marriage in Shropshire England in 1820 to a Sarah Sandland daughter of William and Mary Sandland of Wellington.He was also found on the 1821 census aged 29 years occupation a moulder he had the following children
William/Thomas/Samuel richard/Louisa/Philip/Charles/Ann/Lucy/Mary Ann
He died pre 1851

Hope some one has news of him or did he come down in a space ship??
