Are you sure she was actually Sioux? There were so many Iriquois tribes in the east, Tuscarora for one, that passed through my family. There are still some in NC, on the coast. Sioux are Iriquois. I never knew they were outside of the Dakotas.
It's very possible that this Nancy Morgan married a son of Jeter Lynch and Nannie Martin. Jeter died in 1836, and his wife predeceased him, but his 6 known children were in Stilwell, OK.
