Charles Morgan of Chatham NC - daughter Hannah

I have seen many references over the years placing Hannah Morgan West's date of birth as 1766 and her husband as an Alexander West. Anyone have any documentation regarding these? It is very important because if there is no documentation, there may be some surprising new info available.
