DEATH OF MRS. SARAH E. MORGAN.
A Good Woman Passes to Her Reward.
Mrs. Sarah E. Morgan, widow of the late Mitchell Morgan, died at the home of her daughter, M.G. Clopton, ten miles east of Americus Sunday morning at 8 o’clock. Mrs. Morgan had lived to the ripe age of eighty-six years. She was a noble Christian woman who had performed well her part of this life. She leaves a large circle of friends and relatives to mourn her death. Mrs. Morgan was the mother of Mrs. J.F. Bolton, Mrs. N.G. Clopton, Mrs. J.I. Hudson; Messrs. J.T. Morgan and T.J. Morgan. The funeral was held from the First Baptist church yesterday, services conducted by Rev. S.C. Dean; burial in Oak Grove cemetery.
