Mrs. Rose Zaginaylo, 49, of Berwick R.D.3, was pronounced dead on arrival at 5:45 a.m. Tuesday at Berwick Hospital, victim of an apparent heart attack suffered a short time earlier at her home.
A native and lifelong resident of the Berwick area, she was a daughter of the late Luke and Catherine Kiofski Morris.
Mrs. Zaginaylo, a graduate of Berwick High School with the Class of 1945, was a member of First Baptist church, Berwick.
Surviving are her husband, John Zaginaylo Jr., to whom she had been married 29 years; two daughters, Mrs. L. Robert (Susette) Goff, West Point, N.Y. and Leda, at home; son, John Zaginaylo III, Washington, Pa.; four sisters, Mrs. Andrew (Mary) Floreck, Jersey City, N.J.; Mrs. John (Helen) Vavrik, Plains, N.J.; ;Mrs. Alex (Anna) Campbell and Mrs. Murray (Pauline) Juda, both of Brwick.
Also surviving are a brother, Joseph Morris, of Sanford, N.C. and a half-brother, Frank Rutski, Berwick.
Services will be held Thursday morning at 10 from the Jan Fabian Funeral Chapel, Berwick with her pastor, the Rev. Charles H. Jensen, officiating. Burial will be in the family plot in Elan Memorial Park, Lime Ridge.
