Norma, I do not have much information on Jane Smith and Andrew T. Morrison with the following exceptions: Jane Morrison was named in the 1818 Hardin Co KY will of Dimmis Smith as his niece, along with Andrew T. Morrison whose relationship was not given. Rufus Smith was named as his brother. Roof and McQuown were witnesses. I also have been led to believe that Jane Smith married Andrew T Morrison before the families left NY around 1817. I do have a list of Jane's siblings. I also have a book about Ontario Co NY that indicates a group of families sold or traded their land and moved down the Ohio into the barrens of KY. My family link is John Smith. Let me look at the book and look up surnames of Morrison and Ford, etc. I remember the familis of Green, Nichols, Parker, Atwater, Flanders, etc. moved into KY from NY. Also John Smith of Yankee Town and Jane gave their consent when their daughter Betsey married Ralph Burba in 1819 in Hardin Co KY. Ansel Smith married Esther Tuttle in Hardin Co KY.
I would love to have the names you know that moved into Hardin from NY. Let me know what you know and I will look them up in my book. Carolyn Smith
