I am searching for the birth place for Charles Morton in N.Y. state, b.1853-1854.Parents are James Morton & Mary Walton Morton both, b.-Bedford, England, m.-Bedford, ENGLAND.They were in the Hardware business in Bedford, England before coming to N.Y.This family later lived in Burlington,Iowa, then Omaha, Nebraska.Owned a Hardware Business in both cities.I would be grateful for any help as this is the one thing I can not locate.
