Re: MOSHER of Dartmouth MA
I have too many possible Male Mosher's born in that time period living meaning born/married/or died in Dartmouth, Bristol, Massachusetts.. to really guess.I can send you a report of some of the names, about 12 pages..
The Sarah, Gifford you are refurring to possibly is
717 " iv Sarah, born 3 October 1710, died possibly in Dartmouth after 10 December 1750(17) Sarah married in Dartmouth 18 April 1744 John Parke (of Groton CT). The will of Gideon Gifford (Sarah's brother), dated 10 December 1759, leaves "...unto my Sister in Law Elizabeth Gifford so much money as will make her a Reasonable Satisfaction for keeping my sister Sarah Parks... " . This suggests that Sarah (Gifford) Parke was unable at that time to care for herself. No records for children of John and Sarah Parke have been found in the vital records of Dartmouth MA or Groton CT.
