After having done further research, I now do not believe that Elizabeth, the second wife of Isaac Deen/Dean was an Elizabeth Mosher. She was probably Elizabeth Asseltine as there was an Elizabeth Dean born 1786 living in Thurlow Twp on the 1861 census with Catherine Lizard ( Lessard ) widow of Richard Lessard.Catherine Asseltine is known to have had a sister Elizabeth Asseltine that married a David Powers in Kingston in 1811. I also misinterpreted land record language re first part, second part and third part. With Isaac Deen's land records, Irena Mosher was of the third part meaning that she was the purchaser of the property . In the Hastings Directory for 1860-1861 in Hungerford, Irena Mosher's brother in law , Alexander Wilson ( husband of Rhoda Mosher and also the executor of the estate of Irena Mosher) was an inkeeper for Conc 2 Lot 1 Hungerford. This was the same property that Isaac Deen initially had and he was listed as an inkeeper on his will in June 1853 in Hungerford Twp, Hastings County, Ontario, Canada.
