Lewis Mosher

Lewis mosher and his wife Mary Freeman started the Canadian Mosier family by moving to Ontario as United Empire Loyalists. The Chaberlyn history shows him as son of Nicholas Mosher and Rebecca Wilcox but my research shows him as son of Jabez Mosher and Elizabeth Preston. Would some one comment on my problem?
