Hi!Thanks so much for answering.He was my gr.grandfather.Next question is his father.I believe to be Thomas (CSA) Mulford b. 1813 NC.Married to DiceyRobbins, I think.No info. on her.From then on I haveno info. and want desperately to know more.I was told Wm Patterson (CSA) returned home from the war with a bullet hole in his hat and so exhausted left even his rifle against a tree.
I am 76 yrs. old and only THINK I remember him as an infant, when I was in GA.
