My grandfather, Robert Harold Mulford, was the son of Floyd M. Mulford and Marion LaVerne Nichols.Marion LaVerne Nichols went by LaVerne in life.Floyd and LaVerne are buried at Hillside Cemetery in Sheffield, Iowa.Floyd M. Mulford was the son of Nathan S. Mulford and Nettie F. Bird.Nathan and Nettie are buried in Maynes Grove Cemetery in Bradford, Iowa.Nathan was the son of Thomas Mulford and Lydia A. Croft. Thomas is buried at the National Cemetery in Little Rock, Ark. and Lydia is buried in Maynes Grove.If you recall, we have spoken about Thomas Mulford before.He was from Coshocton Co. Ohio.You had suggested his parents might be James Mulford and Sarah Carr.I am still trying to find confirmation of this.It does seem to be the most logical fit, but I have not been able to find a historical record yet.You had suggested that there is a land deed in Coshocton with information on it, but I don't know how to go about getting a copy. Any thoughts?
