"Rare, antique 1880, 13-page, paper-bound, bound-with-string booklet by William Remsen Mulford. Signed by author on front cover "To Edwin S. Trowbridge (name not entirely clear, so i may have that name wrong), Esq, with the kind regards of William Remsen Mulford." Apx 6+ x 9,75 inches. Lots of edgewear and small tears around the edges. Binding still intact. Pages dry but still holding. At quick glance, it seems that this genealogy is from East Hampton, Long Island, New York. I think that the old handwriting & signature on the front cover is a bonus."
