Thanks for your reply.I know little about Rebecca Mulliner. She married Charles Rose on 13 Jan 1781, probably in Hunterdon Co. NJ.The bond does not list the location of marriage, but bondsmen listed are all from Hunterdon Co.I believe she would have been born later than 1750.Her husband, Charles Rose, was born between Jan and May 1859 (he was not on the Jan 1780 Hunterdon Co. tax list, but was enumerated on the May 1780...so became 21 between Jan and May).Rebecca Mulliner Rose was still living on 3 Apr 1847 when she made a deposition in court in Monongalia Co. VA pertaining to her pension for her husband's Revolutionary War service. This late date also, makes me think she was born several years after 1750.No census records have been found for her after the probably listing with Charles in Monongalia Co. VA in 1810 when it is shown that the female is 45 +.Even though Charles Rose had a will, there are several court records in Monongalia Co. VA pertaining to his will.A grandson who lived in Ohio tried, without success, to obtain part of the land.
I tried to tie Rebecca to Moses Mulliner, but he was not her father.
Will keep looking, with hopes to someday find her parents.
Mary
