I've responded to you via email as I wish to obtain one of the Murff CDs.My mother's Murff book was borrowed and never returned; I remember the series of Murff Family Reunions held in Monroe County, MS, during the 1950s --- around the time the original book was published.They were well attended.

Maybe someone can pinpoint the exact location of Temperance Hill for us.That is a wonderful section of the Hill Country of Monroe County.
