I would love to see some names of your line of the Murff genealogy.That way I could definitely tie you into the appropriate Murff clan.There were several Morff/Morph couples that arrived in Charleston, SC in about Dec 1749; and two other men arrived in a NC port about 1770.Then there was a Hans Jacob Morff that has been traced back to the SC area around what is now called Columbia. I can provide more after I hear from you.
