Could be the same one.I am assuming at this point that Benjamin was a brother to my David.If that is so, my Benjamin would be of an age to have been in the Civil War as his brother, (I'm also assuming he's a brother) Daniel, was also in the Civil War. From his grave stone it says Co. A, 21st PA Calvery.Could be they didn't always live in York Co.The only mention of David I have is his death in York Co., though his daughter, my g-grandmother always said she was born in York Co. (in 1869). What do you think?
