Isaac C. Naylor

I am looking for Isaac C. Naylor who was mayor of Dallas (TX) in 1858.There is an Isaac Naylor on the 1860 census in Galveston who is 45 years old with 10yr old son Edward. I do not know if this is the same person.

Would like to obtain birth, death dates and burial location.
