Hello.I seen your message and was wondering if John Neher could be the same as John Neier.I have a great, great, grandpa John Neier who was born in 1853 and was married to Mary Ann Beck.His father's name was Josiah and mother was Fronica.Josiah's father was Daniel and mother Hanna and the first one in our country was Johannes 1775 who was married to Anna Maria.

John Neier had a son Harrison who was married to Minnie Karch, who had a son named Chester who was married to Ettaline McKee, who had a son, my father, William.Ask your friend if any of this is familiar to her.I'd like to help if I can because that is how I got my info--from a long lost cousin!Good Luck.
