Re: Kanawha and Boone Nelson Families

I've never heard anything but Jake.I do know that he was born June 1879 and died October 28, 1918 in Putney, WV.That's also where he is buried.

He was married to Virgie Sword in 1900 and they had the following children that I know of.

Emerson Ezra Born June 11, 1909died June 20, 1990
Lloyd born April 30, 1907
Margaret Lucille August 25, 1915died February 5, 1989 (this was my grandmother)

Twins Norville "Tykes" and Norma Sue born April 5, 1918.Norville died May 31, 1990 but Norma Sue "Susie" is still living.

Virgie was born sometime in 1885 and died February 4, 1961

I just started researching my family a few months.I have a little bit of info on the family because my uncle spent years researching them.Unfortunately, when he died it seemed to disappear.All I could find was a timeline that he did.I have no idea where he got most of his information, but I am slowly trying verifying the information that he did.
