At the request of Simon Nicholls, Sen. the following Deed was enrolled August 26, 1728.
To all persons to whom these presents shall come of Simon Nicholls, Sen. of Prince Georges County, planter sending greeting KNOW that the said Simon Nicholls, Sen. for and in consideration of the natural love and affection what I have and do bear unto Elenor Truelove the daughter of Thomas Truelove of the county of the dec'd and gave his wife as ...other causes and consideration....do give and grant Eleanor her heirs a calf forever with red and white mark....now in possession of Jane Truelove to be delivered to the said Eleanor when she arrives to the age of 16 years or the day or marriage which shall first happen or such like cow calf of same age and value.
