At the request of Mr. John Bradford the following Deed was enrolled September
the twenty fourth day December Seventeen hundred and thirty.
This Indenture made this twenty seventh day of August 1730 Between THOMAS
NICHOLLS of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Carpenter
of the one part and Mr. JNO. HYDE of Company of the City of London Merchants and
the Executors of Collo. JOHN BRADFORD of the aforesaid County Deed of the
other part Witnessed that the said THOMAS NICHOLLS for and in consideration
of the sum of thirty pounds sterling money of Great Britton to him in hand
paid by the said Mr. HYDE and Company and said Executor their heirs Executor
at and before ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt in hereof
doth for ever................release and discharge the said HYDE and Company and said
Executors their heirs Executors and Administrator and hath given granted
bargained and sold.........................and confirmed and by them presents doth
for himself and his heirs give, grant, bargain, sell alien.....and confirm unto him the
said HYDE and said ..............this heir and assigns for ever all that track or parcel
of land lying on the North side of Branch called Beaver dam Branch and on the
East side of the Eastern Branch of Potomack River.........South Bound tree of
Christopher Tompson.............95 acres more or less together with all and singular
the houses out houses, buildings, orchards, fences and all other improvements
whatsoever to the same belonging in any wise appertaining to have to hold the same
unto them the said HYDE and said Executors thier heirs,..........10 pounds sterling Money
of Great Britton.

On back of Deed was endorsed Prince Georges County August 27, 1730
Then came within mentioned THOMAS NICHOLLS and acknowledged said the
within mentioned Deed according before us Five of his Lordships Justices
of the Peace as his proper act and Deed.
