The request of Turner Wootton the following Bill of
Sale was recorded May 26, 1733.
Maryland - Know all now by these presents that I THOMAS
NICHOLLS of Prince Georges County Carpenter for and
in consideration of the sum of thirteen pounds four
shillings and five pence to me in hand have paid before
the sealing and delivery of these presents by Turner
Wootton of the said County Merchant have bargained and
sold and do by these presents bargain sell and deliver
two cows and calfs, two three year old stears, one two
year old bull, one two year old heifer and two yearlings
all marked with a swallow fork under bitt in the left ear and over half and under bitt in the right ear also one bay
mare with blaze in her face branded on the farr buttlock
and together with their increases to have and hold.
