Normand, Jean A.
1932-2007 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jean Normand on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at the age of 74. He is predeceased by his parents Jeanette Brulé and Mendoza Normand. Jean is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years Annette Tessier, his cherished girls Danielle (Christopher Gradwell) Julie (Paul Aubé) and Marie-Christine (Christopher Smyth). Dear grandfather of Natalie (Graham Young), Paul Jr., Marie Josée, Corey, Patrick and grandfather the great of Graydon. Loving brother of Bernard (Vivian Parker) Lucille (Louis Desmarais), Claire (the late Ernest Sauvé) Gaston and Helene (Dr. Miguel Brache). To the St. Louis Residence, the family wishes to express their deepest thanks for the excellent care Jean received throughout his illness. He maintained a giving disposition, an uncomplaining love of life with a very sharp wit. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. A funeral mass will be held at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 2757 St. Joseph Blvd., Orléans, on Thursday March 8th at 11:00 a.m. followed by a reception. Family members will be available at the church as of 10:15 am to receive condolences. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Ottawa Alzheimer Society 613- 523-4004 would be appreciated by the family.
