"Mulatto" Maryann / Mary Ann Odingsells beginnings
A closer look at Maj. Charles ODINGSELLS' will does name a mulatto girl Maryann as the daughter of a slave named Sally. He bequeaths her with other slaves, leading me to believe that Maryann was also his child (though, I cannot know for sure.)
