My wife's mother was an Oestreich from Llano, TX: Stella Oestreich, dob 10 Jan 1934; her parents were Ernest Johannes Oestreich (dob 2 Apr 1902 in Castelle, Mason Co; son of Carl Oestreich, Mason Co and Alvina Huffman) and Ida Wilhelmina Rosalina Staats (9 Aug 1905 in Crabapple, Gillespie Co, daughter of Gustaf Staats [dob 9 Sep 1862] and unknown).
That is about all I know. I am compiling a family tree. I have about 10 generations on my side but only two or three on my wife's side.
