looking for my father.. Keith Oestreich

my father is keith oestreich as far as i know, and im 19 now, have been looking for him for years.. please help me.

the information i have was he was in the army/ armed services, and was stationed at Fort Drum, New York outside of Watertown around 1990 and 1991. Please any information you have helps..
