The naming patterns strongly suggest a connection with the Bulington Co. N.J. group of Ogborns: Caleb, Jones,etc.
Just how this group ended up in the 21st. Ward (Roxborough) remains a mystery. William Ogborn is cited in the 1860 census as a Gardener, living next to the Levering and Righter families. They were the founding families of this section of Phila., German Quakers who were invited to settle by William Penn.
Do you have anything on Fothergill Ogborn? He is also listed as living in Roxborough in 1860, cited as a farmer.
