Excellent question Bonnie!Don't have the answer but certainly would like to explore it further.I don't have any info on siblings or ancestors of "my" Henry Ogden and am interested (desperate?) to outline some possibilities. What other info do you have on "your" Benjamin?Any info on ancestors, siblings, or other children?I have some info on the Henry, son of Benjamin, that you list as b 1781.Also, I have info on a Benjamin Ogden (sp Ogdon) in MD about the same time as the original Henry that suggests this Benjamin is the one you list.Although I don't have birthdate, I have info showing this Benjamin taking the Oath of Fidelity in the same court records as Henry (p. 645).Also, there is a Benjamin Ogdon in the Charles Co. Tax List of 1783, 3rd District, with a fair amount of info given (won't repeat it in this message; can list separately if you want it). Also, there is the same tie to KY.Your Henry, son of Benjamin, went to KY as did several of the older children of my Henry (the one b 1745).I also have your Henry's wife b in VA (may just be coincidence). Also, the names Henry and Benjamin appear to be very common in both lines.Would really like to hear more of what you know of your Benjamin (and if you want more detail on what I've got).
Mike
