[sent April 13th]
Today is April 13th. On this date in 1850, Elenor (Ryan) Aheran of White
Hall, New York, placed an ad in the Boston Pilot searching for her
siblings, Johanna, Mary, John and Patrick who emigrated from Croom in
County Limerick to Woodstock, Vermont.
See http://homepages.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~aherns/ahmiss.htmhttp://homepages.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~aherns/ahmiss.htm for an index
of Aherns in the Pilot's Missing Friends ads from 1842-1918
The Ahern obituary page has now passed the 3,925 mark. The earliest new
obituary is for Jeremiah Ahern, of South Dunedin, New Zealand, 4 March
1908. The most recent new obituary is for Elizabeth Cleona (Ahern)
Wrachford, 90, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, 12 April 2010

WWI. See http://homepages.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~aherns/ahcanrec.htmhttp://homepages.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~aherns/ahcanrec.htm
